Okay, so I was a bit worried about this one. I'd have never thought about zombies as anything that would catch my interest (although I love zombie movies as much as you guys do!), but Lia Habel really did a fantastic job! She brought all the characters and their emotions to the reader! Her writing style has a real flare that I absolutely devoured! Nora is an extreme realist and has a hard time with the thought of 'zombies' but she slowly comes to the realization of what they are and who they are along with the reader. I liked this fresh approach, unlike where the heroine of some stories just takes it all in stride that there are monsters living all around her and never bats an eye at it!
This is definitely a book for anyone and everyone that enjoys YA paranormal romances. Even if you have your doubts, give it a shot!
